Select Information Exchange, Inc. provides access to a comprehensive database of financial professional information for legitimate business purposes. Our services include search functionality, data export capabilities, and related professional tools.

User Account Requirements

• You must provide accurate registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• One person per account - sharing accounts is prohibited
• You must be 18 years or older to use our services

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use our services only for legitimate business purposes and will not:

• Use data for illegal activities or harassment
• Attempt to reverse engineer or extract our database
• Share login credentials or resell access
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Interfere with platform security or functionality

Payment Terms

• Fees are charged based on usage and current pricing tiers
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
• Pricing may change with 30 days notice

Intellectual Property

The database, platform technology, and associated intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Select Information Exchange, Inc.

Service Availability

While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows and updates may cause temporary disruptions.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination

Either party may terminate service with 30 days notice. We reserve the right to suspend accounts for violations of these terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Select Information Exchange is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
